Return Policy
Hi! Our valuable customers we are providing you a trendy and classy products. However, if the ordered product does not match with your expectation or gets damaged, you can apply for the return process.

Return Exchange
We allow customers to return/exchange the product right up to 30 days, starting from the day when product is delivered.
Kindly note that if you find any dissimilarity, defect, or damages that may cause in transit, please let us know within 3 days so we can resolve the situation. We cannot offer a resolution if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned periods.
Please before return, make sure that the product is unworn and with all the tags attached. Used products or damages occur by customers will not return.

Free Return
You can easily return your purchased items for free within 30 days after receiving the product.(only for some countries)

Color
The product’s color may appear slightly different to some people due to difference in their screen resolution.

Postage and Packaging
Before returning, send us an e-mail at ufjackets@gmail.com to ensure that you are dispatching your return product to the correct location. We offer free shipping at our own cost therefore, we are unable to offer free prepaid shipping labels to customer who are willing to return their products.
